Regina has over 30 years of experience practicing immigration law and has the privilege to serve clients from all over the world, including clients from U.S.A., Asia and Middle East. Her passion, care and attention to detail has helped countless people and their families realize their immigration dream in Canada.

Regina’s unique expertise lies in her possession of the RCIC-IRB class of license, which authorizes her to practice before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB). Only authorized representatives such as Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) with an RCIC-IRB class of license are authorized to practice before the IRB.

Demonstrating exceptional knowledge, skills, and judgment, Regina’s expertise encompasses immigration appeals, inadmissibility cases, detention hearings, and refugee claims and hearings. With her comprehensive understanding of the immigration legal system and regulations, Regina is equipped to provide strategic and effective representation for clients facing these critical proceedings.

Regina started out working for the Canadian Federal Government as an Immigration Visa Officer at the overseas Canadian Consulate in Hong Kong. During her services at the Consulate, she supervised the Student Section and processed numerous immigration cases at the Business Section, dealing with Investor, Entrepreneur and Self-Employed and also processed many Family Class cases.

In her years of private practice, Regina handled countless successful cases for student visas, work permits (exceptionally strong in Inter-company transferee “ICT” cases) and various types of PR applications, including previous-rejected cases and judicial review cases. Regina has vast experience and expertise in Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) cases. She has processed many successful PNP applications since the inception of PNP, her clients were among the first patch of business projects approved by the provinces of Ontario and New Brunswick, handles humanitarian and compassionate cases, criminal rehabilitation applications, appeal cases. She works closely with immigration litigation lawyers and counsels who are former immigration adjudicators.

Regina is very experienced in processing cases with corporate/business elements of complex corporate structures for international corporations, very successful individual entrepreneurs and high net worth investors.

She is known for her forthrightness, which is much appreciated by her clients as they can be sure that her advices are genuine, most practical and cost-effective.

She is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. She enjoys travelling, visiting galleries and creating crafts in her free time.
